A missive from the CAM Minister of Youth, dated 18 June, 2009:
Greetings All!

One of our young members, Jasmine from TADS, and I have created a discussion board for the postings, discussions and writings of our fellow SCA writers. Below is the link. Please feel free to join in the forum whether just writing, reading or have thoughts/ideas you'd like to add. As the group grows, we will be looking to hold meet-ups at different events through out the Knowne World.

Whether it be poetry, short story, essay or spoken word, whether you are a supporter or creator, all are welcomed and encouraged to become a member of the forum.

*Greetings All!* I am the new Youth Minister for the Barony of Caer Anterth Mawr. Below I have compiled a few questions for our youths who are interested in being a part of the Youth Minister group to fill out and return to me as soon as possible. Either through email, mail or at an event
In fact, there is fun to be had for the Youth of our Barony at Yule this year!

For the older youths there will be a Shark Tournament. A Shark Tournament is a friendly competition of game playing (Medieval way of course). This will be the First Annual Shark Tournament where we will be naming the new Shark Champion. The Shark Champion will hold the title of the tournament, receive a trophy and will hold that title and trophy until the next tournament where he/she will have the opportunity to defend his/her title and if not successful, pass on the coveted trophy and title he/she won at the previous tournament.

And to not leave out our younger persons, there will be activities of the Arts and Crafts variety for all.

If the little one is just too little to answer the questions than it is more than ok for parent(s) to answer for them.

I look forward to hearing from all of you. Below is my contact information. Feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns.

PS I do have a planned project for the upcoming year so the sooner a response I get, the faster I can share. And it's a fun one.

YIS,
