The
HERALD, a greater office, is responsible for supervising field and
court heraldry within Baronial events, and for Baronial activities for
the College of Arms, including the timely processing of submissions;
names and armory. The Herald will foster the study and development of
Heraldry. The Herald is responsible for the up-dating of the Order of
Precedence, court reports to the appropriate officers and newsletters,
as well as written reports to Kingdom officers. Copies of all reports
must be submitted to the Seneschal.
