  • British Brigade - honors the memories of those British and American soldiers of the American Revolution.
  • Fort Henry Project - commemoration of the last battle of the American Revolution in September, 1782 at Fort Henry, Wheeling, Virginia.
  • Historic Elk Landing - living history museum focusing on the American Revolution and the War of 1812 at the top of the Chesapeake Bay.

  • Varnum Continentals and Varnum Armory - re-enactment group carrying on the traditions started by Col James Varnum in the Revoluntary War.

Ancient Rome

  • End of the Roman Age Society - living history society, based in the UK, dedicated to recreating Late Roman Britain.
  • Nova Roma - sponsors classical Roman reenactor Legions in North America and around the world, and maintains an extensive list of links of interest to Roman reenactors.
  • OMNIA Foundation - occupies itself with re-enactment of Roman and Celtic history in northern Europe.
  • Roman Vindolanda and the Roman Army Museum - offers information about the museums and the archaeological site Vindolanda, a Roman fort and civilian settlement lying just to the south of Hadrian's Wall.

War of 1812

  • Fort Norfolk 1812 Garrison - Living History/Reenactment group in the Tidewater area of Virginia portraying the units that served during the War of 1812.
  • Marine Detachment 1812 - volunteer division affiliated with the USS Constitution Museum, dedicated to portrayal of the U.S. Marine Corps during the War of 1812.
