Submit Info For On-Line Contact Directory

Please complete any information you wish to include in the Barony of Caer Anterth Mawr's contact directory on its web site. SCA name and one form of contact are required to be listed in the directory; which type of contact is entirely up to you. The form will work without them, e-mailing the Webminister, but they are required for you to be listed.

Pictures of you and your coats of arms or heraldic devices may also be posted in the Directory on-line, but for safety reasons, this form will not accept files. If you have an e-mail account, and enter its address in the form, you will get a copy of the letter that is sent to the Webminister's address, and can send an attachment directly from your own e-mail program. Otherwise, in the Comments section of this form, you can also include one or more URLs for the Webminister to find and download pictures for inclusion; or you can deliver files on a disk or drive, in person.

You can also use this form, or just e-mail the webminister directly, to request removal from the on-line directory.

Requests for inclusion or removal may be verified independently before acting on them, to be sure they are legitimate requests from the appropriate person.

The 'Password/Challenge' field and the 'Your E-mail address' field must both be filled in, or your mail will not be sent. If you submit the form and the form reappears, instead of a confirmation message, the most likely problem is in one of these two fields. Either one being left blank causes the whole page to simply redisplay.
This helps prevent web bots from using the form to send SPAM to staff and others.
