E-mail: Be aware that e-mail can be delayed and must wait to be checked, so the phone is more consistently reliable, and often faster. This is especially true in the last few days before the event!!!

Now that we are closer to the actual Crown Tourney date, I need to gather my fellow "Trolls" together and organise the check-in of our honored guests. This is a chance to see everyone coming in to the event. If you are lucky, you might even be the one to wait on the next King or Queen of our beloved Northshield.

Times are listed in 1 hour increments. However, please feel free to volunteer for multiple timeslots if you enjoy working in this capacity. The number of dashes under the timeslot indicates number of people needed.

Lady Brithwen of Cressawell (Sheri Yatchak)
    262-542-2952

A few more extra volunteers would be appreciated to help clean up site. The clean-up crew will work systematically throughout the evening, hopefully meaning that nobody will have to stay too long after the event closes. Among other things, this also makes time for evening dancing at the event! We plan to work during the last part of the event, and just a bit after, to be sure that our commitments to the site are honored. I hope that you are having a lovely day, and most gratefully and humbly I thank those willing to make light work with many hands!

I myself and THL Arnbjorn have volunteered so far.

Offers of entertainment are welcome, as we have some plans but may have available time yet. Keep in mind that the feast hall's acoustics are not ideal.

Also ... If you know any entertainers -- singers, jugglers, mimes, instrumentalists, storytellers, anything period -- please contact the Event Steward, as we'd like to have them moving through the venues during the day. Please be careful not to detract from the Crown Tournament itself, though, as it is the purpose and focus of the day.
