    Information For Merchants

    Fees And Facilities
    *Please see the Merchant Forms for itemized rental costs.

    Merchants spaces are $10.00 per 10’ x 10’ space (limit: 2 spaces).

    Tables and chairs are available for rent from the event site, or you may bring your own.

    Electrical outlets (per plug) are also available for rent. (Also, please see below).


    Required Forms
    If you plan to merchant, you will be required to complete ALL forms in BOTH of these files:
    1. Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information form
    2. Merchant Pre-Reg Form & Contract Form (2 different forms in one file)
      These files have the same content, in different formats; pick the one you prefer:
      MS-Word (DOC) ~~~ Rich Text Format (RTF)
    ALL forms MUST be filled out and sent TOGETHER, and with payment, to the Merchant Steward. (The Wisconsin form will in turn be submitted to the state as per Wisconsin law.) This is a requirement of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue and not of the local, regional, or national SCA branch.

    It's Only A Reservation If ...
    1. Merchant deadline for pre-registration is: MAY 3rd, 2008

    2. ALSO ... all forms and all fees (i.e. your merchant space, rentals, feast if applicable, AND site) need to be sent together (not separately) to the Merchant Coordinator. Remember ... the only pre-registration accepted is a paid and sent-all-together reservation!

    Electricity On Site -- Applies To All People
    *Please Note: At this site, we have to pay for every electrical outlet used at all, and the site staff checks assidudously. Even "small and quick" uses cost us money: laptops, cell phones, credit card machines, GameBoys, anything. Arrangements can be made with the Event Steward for you to rent a specific outlet. We will make our best effort to have all un-paid-for outlets covered with small signs to this effect as well. HOWEVER, please do not assume that an uncovered outlet has been paid for; please check with the Event Steward first, to be sure that it has not been accidentally left uncovered from the first or uncovered without payment.

    Please do not use any outlet you have not rented through the Event Steward, who can also answer more questions about specifics.

    The event has, however, decided to pay for and provide a couple of outlets for general populace use. These will be clearly marked as such.
