Site Fees
Adult Member Site Fee (age 18 yrs - 64 yrs): $12 -- reduced as of 04/08/08; refunds will come to those already pre-registered.
Adult Non-Member Site Fee (age 18 yrs - 64 yrs): $18 (includes $3 NMS)
Student Site Fee (age 18 yrs+) / Senior Citizen Site Fee (age 65 yrs+): $8

Youth Site Fee (age 6 yrs - 17 yrs): $8
(No NMS)
Children Site Fee (age 5 yrs and less): FREE
(No NMS)
Merchant SPACE fee: $10.00 per 10' x 10' space
Site fees, tables, and chairs incur separate charges.
Feast Fees
Everyone's Fee: $11 per person
(Please note that seating for this feast is extremely limited by our barony's usual standards.)

Pre-Registration For General Populace (Non-Merchants)
Non-merchants and merchants have completely separate contacts and requirements for pre-reg. Merchants should ignore this section and see the Info For Merchants page.
Please send ALL the required information in order to be pre-registered. And please note that seating for this feast is extremely limited by our barony's usual standards. Thank you!

Pre-Registration for Feast is only possible by pre-registering for site as well, with payment of all fees. (Note that we are not taking pre-reg for lunches, though.)
Non-Merchant Pre-registrations must be postmarked by pre-reg deadline: three weeks before the event day.
Checks accepted by mail; cash and checks accepted at the event. Check should be made payable (in U.S dollars) to: "SCA - Caer Anterth Mawr"
