PLEASE note that the address for Washington County Fair Park can be listed in 3 different ways, all given below. (The road itself has three different names in that stretch.) Different GPS units or web Mapping sites may only recognize the address given in certain ways! Look up your route ahead of time, or take all versions of the address with you. See which version of the address works for your map or system. Make a point of reading the "Helpful Notes For Finding Site" provided here below the address!
Washington County Fair Park
3000 Pleasant Valley Rd
(also called Pleasant Hollow in front of site, and County Road PV or CR-PV)
West Bend, WI 53095

Helpful Notes For Finding Site:
Some close-up maps reveal that the stretch of CR PV right in front of the site is called Pleasant Hollow, becoming Pleasant Valley at either end.
Site is approximately 30 minutes north of Milwaukee, 30 minutes south of Fond du Lac, and 1 hour south of the Fox Valley area.
The site is between Jackson and West Bend, Wisconsin, and is conveniently located off HWY 45 at Exit 65: County Road PV/CR-PV/Pleasant Valley/Pleasant Hollow.
Site is on large grounds on the NorthWest corner of "County Road PV/CR-PV/Pleasant Valley/Pleasant Hollow" and "County Road P/CR-P". The "driveways" from either road to the building are called Bob Fish Gm Blvd and Bob Fish GM Way, respectively. I don't know if there are signs on the actual street or not, but some maps show the names.)
Maps Of Site Area
Maps open in new windows (Zoom in & out for different levels of detail over smaller or bigger areas.)
These maps were checked again and edited on 12/3/2009; they show the right spot:
-
Google (pin A; uses "3000 County Road PV, West Bend, WI"; the "driveway", Bob Fish Gm Blvd., is not shown on the map, but is visible if you zoom all the way in, then zoom again to the 'Street View'. I then recommend rotating the 'Street View' to due North with the left-arrow button in the upper-left of the view window.)
-
Yahoo (uses "Washington County Fair Park, West Bend, WI"; site building not marked specifically, but the fair park area is marked in green, and its internal roads are shown.)

Pre-Registration For Non-Merchants
Non-merchants and merchants have completely separate contacts and requirements for pre-reg.
Merchants should ignore this section and see the Info For Merchants page.
The correct one-page form from the file here must be filled out and sent to the Gate Keeper with correct payment to pre-register. The file's first page contains instructions to help make sure you fill out and send the correct form. The following choices are the same file; just pick the format best for you:
~~~ MS-Word (DOC) ~~~
Pre-Registration for Feast is only possible by pre-registering for site as well, with
payment of all fees. (Note that we are not taking pre-reg for lunches, though.)
This year, there are two pre-reg deadlines with different pricing:
1) For the first and best pricing, Pre-registrations must be POSTMARKED PRIOR TO September 1, 2009.
2) For the next-best pricing, Pre-registrations must be RECEIVED BY US PRIOR TO December 4, 2009.
All checks received *AFTER* the final pre-reg deadline date will be destroyed/voided. No exceptions!
The Gate Keeper will send confirmation in response to every pre-registration recieved. If you
don't have that back, be ready to go through the Gate Keeper's Gate as if you are not pre-registered.
(If we have gotten your materials and payment by then, we will handle the situation at Gate.)
Checks accepted by mail; cash and checks accepted at the event. Check should be made payable
(in U.S dollars) to: "SCA - Caer Anterth Mawr"
This year, we will again sponsor Toys For Tots
in collecting new, unwrapped toys; they distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children
in the community in which the campaign is conducted. By the way, Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is
an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity, according to its web site; so your donation
may even be tax-deductible, worth checking with your tax advisor! Please support this cause.
